NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion coating process of soil-covering tank, comprises (1) performing sandblasting and derusting to the surface of the soil-covering tank, and thus the roughness Ra is 75-100 µm, and the cleanliness Sa is 2.5-3, and then coating primer to the weld and smoothing with sandpaper, (2) spraying the primer on the surface of the soil-covering tank by high-pressure airless spraying method, and curing at 50-65 ℃ for 1-3 hours, and (3) spraying the intermediate paint on the surface of the primer by high-pressure airless spraying method, and curing at 35-45 ℃ for 0.8-1.5 hours, then sanding the surface of the intermediate paint with sandpaper, and removing the sanding dust, and (4) spraying the topcoat on the surface of the intermediate paint by high-pressure airless spraying method, and curing at 25-30 ℃ for 20-30 hours to obtain coated soil-covering tank. USE - The method is useful for anti-corrosion coating process of soil-covering tank. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares paint film, which has excellent flexibility and strong adhesion to soil-covering tanks and has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance; and provides durable protection for soil-covering tanks.
