NOVELTY - An aqueous cutting fluid comprises 5-15 wt.%, preferably 10 wt.% high-viscosity water-soluble polyether SDN-20, 0.1-10 wt.%, preferably 5 wt.% graphene, 5-25 wt.%, preferably 15 wt.% polyether SDR-40, 2-20 wt.%, preferably 11 wt.% wetting agent, 0.2-1.5 wt.%, preferably 0.8 wt.% glacial acetic acid, 0.1-10 wt.%, preferably 5 wt.% complexing agent, 4-15 wt.%, preferably 9 wt.% anti-wear agent, 5-15 wt.%, preferably 10 wt.% triethanolamine, 1-2 wt.%, preferably 1.5 wt.% Grotan OK (RTM: preservative) and 20-77.6 wt.%, preferably 32.7 wt.% water. USE - Aqueous cutting fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous cutting fluid is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent cooling effect, extreme pressure anti-wear property, corrosion resistance and stability, and suppressed generation of emissions, and can be manufactured by simple process.
