▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Copper/zirconium oxide-graphene composite carrier catalyst comprises 11-66 wt.% copper, 31-88 wt.% zirconium oxide and 1.0-7 wt.% graphene. USE - Copper/zirconium oxide-graphene composite carrier catalyst used for dehydrating and synthesizing diethanolamine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has enhanced activity, accelerated reaction speed, shortened reaction time, improved selectivity and yield of reaction, improved utilization ratio of raw materials, low production cost, good oxidation resistance, improved stability and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of copper/zirconium oxide-graphene composite carrier catalyst comprising dispersing graphite oxide into deionized water, and agglomerating dispersed graphite oxide into lamellar graphene oxide by ultrasonic treatment to obtain 0.1-0.4 mol/L copper salt solution and 0.1-0.4 mol/L zirconium salt solution; mixing copper salt solution, zirconium salt solution and graphene oxide solution, stirring at constant temperature, precipitating, adjusting pH value of mixed solution into 9-14 by adding alkali; adding obtained mixed solution into hydrothermal kettle, reacting at high temperature and forming metal hydroxide into metal oxide, and reducing graphene oxide into graphene to obtain mixed solution; suction filtering obtained mixed solution, washing with deionized water and drying to obtain filter cake at 50 degrees C to obtain copper/zirconium oxide-graphene catalyst precursor; and grinding dried copper/zirconium oxide-graphene catalyst precursor to obtain copper/zirconium oxide-graphene catalyst precursor powder, placing into tubular electric furnace and reducing with hydrogen.
