▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silver nanowire doped with laser-induced fluffy graphene-polydimethoxysiloxane (AgNWs-LiG-PDMS) sandwich structure flexible surface enhanced Raman spectrum (SERS) substrate involves preparing laser-induced fluffy graphene (LiG) on polyimide film (PI film) by using carbon dioxide laser for induction. The LiG is transferred to PDMS flexible substrate by polydimethoxysiloxane (PDMS) transfer strategy to give induced fluffy graphene-polydimethoxysiloxane (LiG-PDMS) bilayer structure. The silver nanowires (AgNWs) are spun on the surface of LiG, and AgNWs-LiG-PDMS sandwich structure flexible SERS substrate is prepared after the AgNWS is completely dried. USE - Method for preparing an AgNWs-LiG-PDMS sandwich structure flexible surface enhanced Raman spectrum substrate for use in environmental monitoring, food safety and forensic medicine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silver nanowire that has good anti-tensile property, good conductivity, and excellent anti-stretching effect and effectively surface the Raman effect. The PDMS provides a flexible substrate, tensile property is good, however, AgNWS is directly coated on the surface of hydrophobic PDMS, silver nanowires are easy to fall off, LiG layers are added, deposition and stability of AgNWS are facilitated, and good conductivity of LiG is beneficial to enhancing SERS performance of the silver nanowires.
