▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of silicon nanowire-reduced graphene oxide involves re-melting surface of aluminum-silicon alloy using laser, separating re-melted layer on surface of the aluminum-silicon alloy, subjecting to de-aluminum treatment using an etching solution, grinding resultant re-melted layer to obtain silicon nanowires, and heat-treating obtained product. USE - Manufacture of silicon nanowire-reduced graphene oxide used for manufacturing electrode for lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of silicon nanowire-reduced graphene oxide having excellent conductivity. The catalyst enables easy, simple, economical and efficient preparation of electrode with high yield. The battery using the electrode has excellent cycle characteristics and electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of lithium-ion battery electrode, which involves mixing silicon nanowire-reduced graphene oxide, conductive agent and binder, coating resultant on surface of copper foil, and processing; and (2) lithium-ion battery, which comprises electrode(s).
