NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-rubber, involves (i) dissolving graphite powder and polyvinylpyrrolidone in a mixed solvent of ethanol and deionized water, (ii) ultrasonically processing under sealing condition, centrifuging mixed solution, removing supernatant, (iii) centrifuging supernatant, washing resulting precipitate with ethanol and removing, drying to obtain dry powder graphene, (iv) ultrasonically immersing rubber band in toluene, (v) adding swollen rubber band to a mixed solution of graphene and dimethylformamide, carrying out supercritical reaction, taking out, rinsing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-rubber for use in high-strain sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method enables simple and mass-production of graphene-rubber at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-rubber, involves (i) weighing graphite powder and polyvinylpyrrolidone, dissolving in a mixed solvent of ethanol and deionized water, (ii) ultrasonically processing under sealing condition, centrifuging mixed solution, removing the supernatant, (iii) centrifuging supernatant, washing the resulting precipitate once with ethanol and then removing, drying to obtain dry powder graphene, (iv) accurately weighing rubber band, ultrasonically immersing in a certain amount of toluene, (v) transferring the swollen rubber band to a mixed solution composed of graphene and dimethylformamide, then transferring to a 40 degrees C constant temperature supercritical reactor, respectively carrying out supercritical reaction under the reaction pressure of 8 MPa, 10 MPa, 12 MPa, 14 MPa and 16 MPa, taking out the product after the completion of reaction, rinsing three times with deionized water, and then drying.
