NOVELTY - Graphene modified finished product lubricating oil precursor solution comprises 89.5-99.9 pts. wt. base oil, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-5 pts. wt. polyamide wax powder, oleic acid or oleic acid with Span-60 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), Span-80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate)Tween-20 (RTM: Polysorbate 80), and 0.5-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550 and polyethylene wax. USE - Used as graphene modified finished product lubricating oil precursor solution. ADVANTAGE - The precursor solution has good dispersion stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing precursor solution, comprising (i) mixing the base oil, graphene powder, polyamide wax powder, oleic acid or oleic acid with Span-60 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), Span-80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate)Tween-20 (RTM: Polysorbate 80), and silane coupling agent KH550 and polyethylene wax to obtained mixed slurry, emulsifying the mixed slurry in emulsifying machine speed at 4000-5000 revolution/minute for 10-30 minutes premixed, premixing the slurry in the multistage emulsification device emulsifying at 50-70 degrees C emulsifying spped 6000-8000 revolution/minute and dispersing for 20-30 minutes, emulsifying the slurry at 90-70 degrees C speed 13000-15000 revolution/minute, and dispersing the slurry for 60-90 minutes, emulsification through high pressure homogenizing device, homogenizing at 70-90MPa for 10 to -15 times, homogenizing at 100-120 MPa for 10 to -12 times, emulsifying and dispersing and homogenizing at high pressure are ending preparation process, the process carried out twice to five times and the flow ends to obtain grapheme concentrated precursor solution and (ii) adding the concentrated precursor solution of needed amount into a finished lubricating oil, pulse mixing using shearing homogenizing mixing or ultrasonic mixing uniformly to obtain the graphene modified lubricant.
