NOVELTY - The management layer has a diffusion layer formed on an anode catalyze layer. A proton exchange membrane is formed with a cathode catalyze layer. A flow field plate is covered with the anode catalyze layer. The diffusion layer and the cathode catalyze layer are connected with each other. A proton exchanging film is coated on a convex structure. A platinum alloy thin film layer and the anode catalyze layer are connected together. A porous metal plate is covered with the cathode catalyze layer. The proton exchanging film is coated on the proton exchange membrane. USE - Fuel cell based graphene thermoelectric management layer.
