▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing zinc oxide and graphene complex film comprises (i) placing NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) slurry of nano-alumina and conductive polyaniline, and NMP slurry of nano-zinc oxide into a container and high speed stirring uniformly, (ii) adding adjuvant and stirring uniformly, (iii) placing the mixture on a silicon-based plate, paving uniformly, and covering with another silicon-based base plate valve and (iv) placing the sandwich silicon-based plate in a microwave oven, heating for 10 minutes, cooling the material and obtaining the product zinc oxide and graphene complex film. USE - The method is useful for preparing zinc oxide and graphene complex film. ADVANTAGE - The film has good electrochemical performance and transparency.
