▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite thin layer comprises titanium dioxide, tungsten trioxide and reduced graphene oxide (rGO). The thin layer is formed by depositing successive layers of titanium dioxide-rGO/tungsten trioxide-rGO, tungsten trioxide-rGO/titanium dioxide-rGO, or a mixed layer of titanium dioxide-tungsten trioxide-rGO on glass surface by low temperature spraying of stable dispersion, continuous medium containing water and ethanol, and a stabilizer comprising sodium dodecyl sulfate. The dispersion comprises dispersed phase containing sol-gel powder of titanium dioxide-tungsten trioxide-rGO. USE - Composite thin layer for glass surfaces e.g. glass panes, windows, photovoltaic panels and other installed surfaces. ADVANTAGE - The layer has excellent photocatalytic self-cleaning property in UV-visible region, antireflection and transparency properties in visible region. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the composite thin layer.
