▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing hydrogenated methyl nadic anhydride comprises (i) subjecting dimeric pentamethylcyclopentadiene to pyrolysis and rectification at 200-240 degrees C to obtain pentamethylcyclopentadiene, (ii) dropping maleic anhydride into an autoclave containing pentamethylcyclopentadiene at 10-15 degrees C, reacting to form methyl nadic anhydride, and detecting the completion of the reaction by gas chromatography, (iii) adding ruthenium supported reduced graphene oxide catalyst into the autoclave, introducing hydrogen, and reacting at 130-150 degrees C under 5-8 MPa pressure, and (iv) filtering and recycling catalyst when it is hot, and vacuum distilling the liquid phase. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing hydrogenated methyl nadic anhydride. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy to operate, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial production; does not generate side reactions, and produces product with purity of more than 98% and yield of more than 90%; and ensures complete utilization of the raw materials.
