NOVELTY - Graphene is prepared by (1) heating expandable graphite under protective gas atmosphere, performing thermal peeling to obtain expanded graphite; (2) dissolving the expanded graphite in surfactant solution (A) to obtain a mixture (B), subjecting the mixture (B) into ultrasonic peeling to obtain graphene solution (C); (3) centrifuging, filtering, washing and drying the graphene solution (C) to obtain graphene crude product; and (4) heating the graphene crude product via microwave to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient to operate, and can provide graphene with high purity, low cost and high yield, thus making it suitable for large-scale production.
