▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Performing heat treatment process involves carrying out solid solution treatment on aluminum-magnesium-silicon-zinc (Al-Mg-Si-Zn) series aluminum alloy or Al-Mg-Si-Zn series aluminum matrix composite material, quenching Al-Mg-Si-Zn series aluminum alloy or Al-Mg-Si-Zn series aluminum matrix composite material to room temperature, carrying out high-temperature artificial aging at 160-190degrees Celsius, and carrying out air cooling to room temperature. The low-temperature artificial aging is carried out on the air-cooled material at 110-130degrees Celsius. USE - Method for performing heat treatment process for improving age hardening capacity of aluminum-magnesium-silicon-zinc based aluminum alloy or composite material used in field of transportation and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The heat treatment process is simple, convenient, and carried out on the basis of the traditional single-stage aging, and improves strength and hardness of Al-Mg-Si-Zn-based aluminum alloy and the composite material after artificial aging. The magnesium silicide phase and transition phase are formed in the high temperature artificial aging, which improves hardening response of aluminum-manganese-silicon-zinc-aluminum alloy or composite material.
