▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The circuit has a graphene interconnection part for connecting two electric components. A trench part is formed in a lower part of the graphene interconnection part and arranged on an insulating layer. A high frequency band transmits an electric signal through the graphene interconnection part. Depth of the trench part is 10,000 nm. The electric components are provided with a respective transistor. Frequency range of the electric signal is 2GHz-300THz. A wireless frequency circuit is connected with a radio-frequency circuit part. USE - Radio-frequency circuit. ADVANTAGE - The insulating layer protects the circuit from electrical damage in high frequency band so as to improve working performance of the circuit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a radio-frequency circuit driving method.
