NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based protective fabric involves dissolving graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, heating up to 80-90 degrees C, adding diisocyanate with preset mass ratio, reacting for 2-4 hours, heating up to 90-100 degrees C, adding hydrazine hydrate reduction reaction for 1-4 hours, centrifuging, washing to obtain modified graphene, adding hydroxyl-terminated polyester to reaction vessel, raising temperature to 275-285 degrees C to melting, adding obtained modified graphene to melted hydroxyl-terminated in polyester, stirring, reacting for 2-4 hours, cooling, pelletizing to obtain modified polyester masterbatch, melt-spinning obtained modified polyester masterbatch to obtain modified polyester fiber, crossing obtained modified polyester fiber, intertwinning, and connecting. USE - Preparation of graphene-based protective fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved load fastness of graphene on fabric through chemical bonding. The fabric has improved protection durability of fabric against pneumonia bacteria.
