▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Process for making a novel coating compound with improved mechanical, thermal, and electrical characteristics, involves (a) obtaining aluminum, (b) synthesizing aluminum into alumina, (c) mixing alumina with graphene oxide into a coating compound, (d) applying a spark plasma sintering process, allowing the coating compound to cool down, (f) characterizing the newly synthesized coating compound, and (g) applying the coating compound to an external surface of a substrate. USE - The process is used for making a novel coating compound, which is used in a field of colloid systems and wetting agents, preferably continuous semiconductor solid phase. ADVANTAGE - The process improves over the electrical properties of the substrate and makes stronger.
