NOVELTY - Polymer-based conductive processing emulsioncomprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy-based modified silicone oil, 30-45 pts. wt. polysilane-grafted graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. polyaniline, 10-15 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. emulsifier, 60-80 pts. wt. distilled water, 3-8 pts. wt. co-emulsifier, 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant and 0.5-3 pts. wt. glacial acetic acid. USE - Polymer-based conductive processing emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The polymer-based conductive processing emulsion has good compatibility between the conductive filler and the emulsion, and the conductive filler can be uniformly distributed in the conductive emulsion, effectively fixed on the surface of the substrate by curing the emulsion and has excellent electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polymer-based conductive processing emulsion, which involves: (A) cleaning the substrate by electrically treated with ethanol to remove oil stains on the surface of the substrate; (B) coating uniformly the polymer-based conductive polymer on the surface of the substrate; and (C) placing the substrate coated with polymer-based conductive polymer in the oven to heat curing to obtain the surface of the conductive substrate.
