NOVELTY - The graphene transistor aptamer sensor comprises a source and a drain arranged on the substrate. A graphene channel is arranged between the source and the drain. The surface modification of the gate can detect kanamycin molecular probes. The detection principle is that the kanamycin is captured by the probe, which further leads to the change of the channel current and realize the sensing. USE - Graphene transistor aptamer sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene transistor aptamer sensor fixes the drain voltage and changes the gate voltage, the lowest detection limit of kanamycin can reach 10-18M, and the current of the sensor changes immediately with different kanamycin concentrations, which has very high sensitivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene transistor aptamer sensor.
