▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/titanium carbide composite coating comprises a titanium carbide main phase and a phase (P) comprising graphene, iron and iron carbide. The content of titanium carbide main phase is 70-90 wt.% with respect to total content of composite coating. The content phase (P) is 10-30 wt.% with respect to total content of composite coating. The content of graphene is 0.1-1 wt.% with respect to total content of composite coating. USE - Graphene/titanium carbide composite coating is used for tool and mold. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/titanium carbide composite coating has excellent hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance and binding force with respect to workpiece. The workpiece provided with the composite coating has excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/titanium carbide composite coating, which involves using a workpiece.
