NOVELTY - Preparation of polymer modified material encapsulating microorganism, involves adding graphene oxide, triethylamine and acyl chloride, reacting to obtain pre-modified graphene oxide, dispersing in dimethylformamide, adding acrylate compound and methacrylate compound in presence of initiator, carrying out polymerization to obtain modified graphene oxide, placing metal net in a solution of modified graphene oxide by using ultrasonic treatment to obtain polymer modified material and placing microorganism in polymer modified material. USE - Preparation of polymer modified material encapsulating microorganism (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polymer modified material encapsulating microorganism with high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polymer modified material encapsulating microorganism, involves (a) adding graphene oxide and triethylamine under vacuum in presence of nitrogen atmosphere, performing reaction under ice water bath condition, adding acyl chloride, reacting at room temperature for 20-24 hours to obtain pre-modified graphene oxide, (b) dispersing pre-modified graphene oxide in dimethylformamide, adding an acrylate and methacrylate compound in presence of an initiator, carrying out polymerization under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain modified graphene oxide, (c) placing metal net in a solution of modified graphene oxide by using ultrasonic treatment to obtain polymer modified material, and (d) placing microorganism in polymer modified material.
