NOVELTY - An antibacterial polyurethane coating comprises 75 wt.% component (A) comprising 60-70 pts. wt. aqueous polyether resin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. alumina, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. thickener, 10-15 pts. wt. pigment, 10-15 pts. wt. modifier and 1-5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, and 25 wt.% component (B) comprising 80-90 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. keto-aldehyde resin, 2-3 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. triol and 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent. The antibacterial agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. tributyl-(p-vinylbenzyl)phosphonium chloride, 40-50 pts. wt. acryloyloxyethyldimethylethylammonium bromide, 10-20 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc sulfide and 10-20 pts. wt. sodium diacetate. USE - Antibacterial polyurethane coating. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane coating has excellent antibacterial property, wear resistance and antistatic property, and enables convenient construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The modifier comprises 50-60 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum silicate, 5-10 pts. wt. molybdenum sulfide, 1-3 pts. wt. cast stone powder and 2-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the antibacterial polyurethane coating, which involves (S1) mixing graphene, magnesium aluminum silicate, molybdenum sulfide, cast stone powder and silicon carbide, stirring, grinding to a fineness of 30-50 mu m, dissolving in water, heating to 190-220 degrees C for 1-2 hour, dehydrating by distillation, cooling to room temperature to obtain a modifier, (S2) mixing tributyl-(p-vinylbenzyl)phosphonium chloride, acryloyloxyethyldimethylethylammonium bromide, glutaraldehyde, titanium dioxide, zinc sulfide and sodium diacetate in an atmosphere furnace, raising the temperature to 500-600 degrees C, heat preserving for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature, aging at 50-60 degrees C for 48 hours to obtain an antibacterial agent, (S3) mixing aqueous polyether resin, alumina, dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer, thickener, pigment, modifier and antibacterial agent, stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain component (A), (S4) mixing keto-aldehyde resin, acrylic resin, antioxidant, triol, coupling agent and isocyanate curing agent, stirring to obtain component (B), (S5) filtering component (A), and mixing component (A) and component (B).
