▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of composite involves charging mixer having rotor(s) with solid elastomer and wet filler having filler and 15 wt.% or more liquid based on total weight of wet filler, mixing solid elastomer and wet filler, removing at least a portion of liquid from the mixture by evaporation, and discharging the composite comprising the filler dispersed in the elastomer, and more than 10 wt.% liquid content, from the mixer. The mixer has temperature control unit (Tz) that is set to temperature of 65° C or more, and rotor(s) which operate for at least 50% mixing time, at a tip speed of 0.6 m/second or more, and are mechanically coupled to mixed motor. At least a portion of mixing is performed under power control in which the rotational speed is controlled by controller that (i) calculates a difference between measured mixer motor power and power set point, and (ii) adjusts rotational speed of one or more rotors if the measured mixer motor power deviates from the power set point. USE - Preparation of composite. Uses included but are not limited to treads, sidewalls, carcasses, sidewall inserts and wire-skim of pneumatic tires and non-pneumatic tires for vehicle, cushion rubber, hoses, seals, gaskets, windshield wipers, automotive components, liners, valve seat, valve component, piston hubs, piston rods, plungers, conveyor belt and impellers. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite having excellent mechanical strength, tensile strength, tensile stress ratio, hysteresis, wear resistance and rolling resistance.
