NOVELTY - A graphene composite ultra-filtration membrane comprises graphene oxide and polysulfone ultra-filtration membrane. The polysulfone ultra-filtration membrane is prepared by mixing graphene oxide, aminated titanium dioxide nanoparticles embedded with polysulfone ultra-filtration pore surface, N-methyl pyrrolidone, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyvinylidene fluoride, hydrazine hydrate and ammonia water. USE - Ultra-hydrophilic low molecular interception graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The super-hydrophilic low-molecular interception graphene composite ultra-filtration membrane has better mechanical performance and swelling resistance, high tensile strength, large water flux, high retention rate of bovine serum albumin, enhanced interaction between the organic framework, enhanced mechanical strength of the organic framework, and improved solvent resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane with ultra-hydrophilic and low molecular interception, which involves: (A) pouring the acetone into N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP), heating at 70 degrees C, adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVPk30), polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVPk90), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVPK30) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVPk90), stirring for a period of time, adding polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane liquid prepared by graphene oxide blending, implanting amino titanium dioxide nano-particles of polysulfone ultrafiltration pore surface, mixing and stirring for 2 hours to prepare casting solution; (B) allowing to stand casting solution for a period of time, making the bubble out to obtain the homogeneous casting solution; (C) scraping the homogeneous casting solution on the glass plate into flat film, putting in de-ionized water, maintaining the water temperature, after 30 minutes, washing with ethanol to obtain flat film; (D) dispersing the graphene oxide in de-ionized water and ethanol, ultrasonically processing for 40-60 minutes, preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, then adding 52 wt.% hydrazine hydrate and 30 wt.% ammonia water into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, reacting for 2-4 hours at 30-60 degrees C to obtain the graphene mixed liquid; and (E) soaking the flat film into the graphene mixed solution, filtering, allowing to stand film and drying at low temperature to obtain the graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane.
