NOVELTY - An inorganic salt water phase change composite fiber has columnar core-shell structure. The core layer in the core-shell structure comprises inorganic salt water phase change material and super absorbent material. The shell comprises high thermal conductivity materials and high molecular polymers. The mass ratio of the inorganic salt water phase change material, super absorbent material, high thermal conductivity material and high molecular polymer is 50-70:1-5:1-20:1-15. USE - Inorganic salt water phase change composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic salt water phase change composite fiber uses high thermal conductivity material, which can efficiently and quickly conduct external energy, and has phase change characteristics and cold storage/heat performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) device for preparing the inorganic salt water phase change composite fiber, which comprises flow injection pump, inorganic salt water phase change material tube, shell polymer material tube and injection cap. The flow injection pump is connected to the inlet end of the phase change material tube. The outlet end of the phase change material tube is embedded in the inlet end of the shell polymer material tube. The port of the shell polymer material tube is connected with the injection cap. The inner diameter of the inorganic salt water phase change material tube is 100 mu m. The inner diameter of the shell polymer material tube is 300 mu m; and (2) preparation of the inorganic salt water phase change composite fiber, which involves (1) mixing super absorbent material with the inorganic salt water phase change material at 25 degrees C, leaving still for 10 minutes, obtaining core layer material, (2) ultrasonically dispersing the high thermal conductivity material in high molecular polymer, obtaining 10-40% shell polymer material dispersion, (3) using the device to prepare the inorganic salt water phase change composite fiber, injecting core layer material into inorganic salt water phase change material tube through a flow injection pump, injecting the shell polymer material dispersion into the shell polymer material tube through the injection cap, completely wrapping core layer material by the shell layer polymer material, and using coagulation bath to coagulate.
