NOVELTY - A ground polymer mortar grouting material comprises 20-25 pts. wt. blast furnace slag powder, 20-25 pts. wt. pulverized coal ash, 12-14 pts. wt. recycled fine powder, 4-6 pts. wt. rice husk ash, 95-110 pts. wt. fine sand, 40-50 pts. wt. sodium silicate solution, 6-8 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 20-25 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.8-1 pt. wt. water reducing agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt expansion agent, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. defoamer, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. active agent. USE - The ground polymer mortar grouting material is useful for reinforcing road surface base layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ground polymer mortar grouting material does not contain expensive graphene and nano silicon dioxide, still has good fluidity, strong permeability and early strength and fast hardening and good bleeding rate and contractility. It has strong excitation effect to the interlayer inert material and has good stability. The preparation technique is simple, the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain, and it is good for large-scale popularization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the grouting material comprising mixing sodium silicate solution, sodium hydroxide and deionized water and aging for 24 hours; mixing blast furnace slag powder, pulverized coal ash, recycled micropowder and rice husk ash, dry mixing for 2-3 minutes, adding fine sand, and continuously drying; mixing water reducing agent, expansion agent, defoamer and active agent with the alkali stimulating agent; and mixing prepared premixes and vibration stirring for 3-5 minutes.
