▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanobiosensor comprises graphene coated gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). USE - The nanobiosensor is used for bacterial detection and photothermal ablation (claimed). The bacteria are food borne bacteria (Escherichia coli or Salmonella typhimurium). ADVANTAGE - The nanobiosensor enables specific and sensitive bacterial detection and photothermal ablation and is 10 times more sensitive as compared to simple pegylated AuNPs. The nanobiosensor exhibits colorimetric change within 5 minutes after addition of bacterial sample. The nanobiosensor is responsible for bacterial ablation due to sudden rise in temperature (66 degrees C) as compared to bacterial control (41 degrees C). The limit of colorimetric detection (LOD) of nanobiosensor is 103 cells/ml, as compared to optical LOD is 102 cells/ml. The nanobiosensor is time effective and economical.
