▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite fabric, comprises (i) double-layer knitting according to the double-layer knitting procedure using a Japanese flat knitting machine, where number of revolutions of front needle bed of computerized Japanese flat knitting machine is same as number of revolutions of back needle bed, partially connecting and fixing knitted fabric of front needle bed and back needle bed by the connection method of spacer filament hanging, and weaving to obtain grey fabric with air layer, where the knitted fabric of back needle bed is graphene yarn, and (ii) cutting grey fabric, washing by using 4-5 kg smooth softening agent and softening for 30-35 minutes, drying at 70-90 degrees C for 50-60 minutes, and ironing. The spacer filament is spandex yarn and/or nylon yarn. The blended yarn is a blend of cotton and regenerated fiber in a weight ratio of 1-2:1. The knitted fabric of the front needle bed is wool yarn, cashmere yarn (preferred) and/or cotton spinning yarn. USE - The fabric is useful for alleviating fatigue, dredging meridians, circulating blood and diminishing inflammation. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; and tightly bonds outer layer and inner layer of air layer fabric together. The fabric: does not cause irritation to the skin; has excellent comfort, breathability, excellent elasticity and fit, conformity, drapability and far-infrared antibacterial function; does not exhibit bloated feeling caused by fabric having two layers; and does not easily deform.
