NOVELTY - The device has a box structure. Both sides of the inner bottom wall of the box structure are welded with first springs. The top of the first spring is welded with a moving box (3) that is slidably connected to the inner walls on both sides of the box structure. Rotating rollers are welded on both sides of the top of the moving box. A receiving roller is sleeved on the inner side of the rotating roller. A cutting table (6) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the back of the moving box. The inner bottom wall of the box structure is welded with a magnet group (7). A cloth blocking plate (14) is welded on the inner side of the back of a rotating rod (13). A magnet (15) is welded on the front of a moving rod (11). The bottom of the moving box is welded with a closed coil (16). Mounting frames are welded on both sides of the box structure. The top of the mounting frame is fixedly connected with an arc plate.
