NOVELTY - Use of the mixture of carbon material and ionic bromide in the anode active material of the battery in the aqueous electrolyte, is claimed. USE - The mixture of carbon material and ionic bromide is useful in anode active material of the battery in aqueous electrolyte and aqueous zinc-bromide dual-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery has longer cycle life and operation stability, low cost and high energy density and is highly safe and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for aqueous zinc-bromide dual-ion battery, comprising anode active material, cathode active material and electrolyte, where anode active material contains a mixture of carbon material and ionic bromide, and the electrolyte contains a saturated zinc chloride aqueous solution.
