NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/copper composite powder material involves adding copper acetate monohydrate to aqueous graphene oxide solution and high-speed shear mixing with speed of 1000-20000 revolutions/minute where concentration of graphene oxide aqueous solution is 0.04-2 mg/mL and mass ratio of graphene oxide and copper acetate monohydrate is 1:40-42. USE - Method for preparing graphene/copper composite powder material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and low-cost and has high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/copper composite powder material comprises: (A) adding copper acetate monohydrate to aqueous graphene oxide solution and high-speed shear mixing with speed of 1000-20000 revolutions/minute where concentration of graphene oxide aqueous solution is 0.04-2 mg/mL and mass ratio of graphene oxide and copper acetate monohydrate is 1:40-42; (B) taking the mixed solution, continuously subjecting to high-speed shearing, spray-drying where extraction volume is 6-20 mL/minute, air inlet temperature is 200-240 degrees C, air outlet temperature is 110-140 degrees C and spray drying air flowrate is 700-900 L/hour to obtain precursor graphene oxide/copper acetate powder where high-speed shearing is done at 30-35 degrees C, the shearing is stopped when the solution temperature reaches 35 degrees C and restored when the solution temperature is reduced to 30 degrees C; and (C) heating the precursor powder at rate of 10-200 degrees C/minute under reduced atmosphere and standing at 350-700 degrees C for 15-30 minutes.
