▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing micro-nano film-like graphene-reinforced carbon fiber comprises growing graphene as graphene-reinforced substrate of metal filament or hollow thin-wall metal pipe by substrate chemical vapor deposition method, preparing the spinning stock solution, polymerizing, coating on the graphene-reinforced substrate to form micro-nano-thickness polymer coating, spinning, electric induction heating, forming composite micro-nano film-like graphene reinforced carbon fiber, and removing the substrate to form micro-nano film-like graphene reinforced carbon fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing micro-nano film-like graphene-reinforced carbon fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the carbon fiber performance, improve the carbon fiber structure, and reduces the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing micro-nano film-like graphene-reinforced carbon fiber comprises growing graphene as graphene-reinforced substrate of metal filament or hollow thin-wall metal pipe by substrate chemical vapor deposition method, preparing the spinning stock solution, polymerizing, uniformly coating on the graphene-reinforced substrate to form micro-nano-thickness polymer coating, spinning into micro-nano thickness silk film, electric induction heating by auxiliary heating for stabilizing and carbonizing to form carbon film, taking carbon film and substrate, forming composite micro-nano film-like graphene reinforced carbon fiber, removing the substrate to form micro-nano film-like graphene reinforced carbon fiber, taking the micro-nano film-like graphene reinforced carbon fiber as substrate, and repeating the above process to obtain lamintaed graphene-reinforced micro-nano film-like carbon fiber.
