▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-sphere comprises polymerizing metal nanoparticles on the surface of a carbon source in situ to obtain polymer-coated metals nanoparticles, quenching the metal nanoparticle coated by the polymer, and etching to obtain a graphene nanophere. USE - The method is useful for graphene nano-sphere used in ultra-high temperature device, include but are not limited to laser, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) furnace and graphitizing furnace. ADVANTAGE - The method provides hollow graphene nano-sphere without using graphite material, reduces the cost and realizes wider application, is energy-saving and environmentally-friendly. The prepared product is hollow spherical graphene nanometre ball and the shape is regular. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene nano-sphere.
