NOVELTY - Silver sulfide quantum dot-graphene aerogel composite material comprises graphene sheet cross-linked solid framework, and silver sulfide quantum dots. Silver sulfide quantum dots are dispersed on graphene sheet surface. Composite material has porous three-dimensional structure. USE - Silver sulfide quantum dot-graphene aerogel composite material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, easy, controllable, and repeatable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the silver sulfide quantum dot-graphene aerogel comprising mixing silver sulfide quantum dot raw solution and graphene oxide powder, ultrasonic processing, placing in oxygen-free environment, heating, reacting at 100-300 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours, placing on alcohol aqueous solution, performing dialysis, and freeze-drying.
