▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The utility model claims a detection containing SSeC gene of Salmonella typhimurium biosensor, the biosensor based on non-covalent graphene oxide (GO) coupled nucleic acid molecule and characteristics of strong fluorescence quenching by non covalent bond coupling carboxyl fluorescein (FAM) labelled nucleic acid probe (FAM-P) on the surface of graphene oxide, abbreviated as FAM-P/GO biosensor. The utility model claims a FAM-P/GO biosensor after adding target, target sequence form a double strand by complementary pairing by competing with the probe sequence, probe dissociates from the surface of graphene oxide, fluorescence system can be restored, and target sequence concentration, the greater the fluorescence value is stronger. The utility model claims a FAM-P/GO biosensor is featured with simple operation, accurate detection, high sensitivity, good specificity, and quantitative detection of the concentration of the SSeC gene of Salmonella typhimurium.
