NOVELTY - Antibacterial paint comprises 100-150 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 100-150 pts. wt. silicon dioxide aerogel, 50-80 pts. wt. plant extract, 50-60 pts. wt. anion powder, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 30-40 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotube, 30-40 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. glass microsphere, 10-15 pts. wt. chitosan, 3-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 3-5 pts. wt. bacteriostatic agent, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - Used as antibacterial paint. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial paint: causes no discoloration, has anti-aging property, strong weather resistance, non-toxicity, odorless, good leveling property, easy construction, washing resistance, maintains original strength, releases air negative ions for long time, purifies air and benefits human health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paint, comprising (i) taking tetraethyl orthosilicate tetraethyl orthosilicate, adding to solvent of anhydrous ethanol to prepare solution 30 wt.%, where molar ratio of water and tetraethyl orthosilicate is 1:6, and molar ratio of nitric acid is 1x 103 mol/l, and adding deionized water H2O and 0.1 mol/l dilute nitric acid solution respectively dropwise, stirring reaction at room temperature for 30 minutes, weighing silica aerogel into 30 wt.% silica sol solution into above tetraethyl orthosilicate solution, adding phenolic resin and hexamethylenetetramine, adding anhydrous ethanol under the condition of maintaining 20% phenolic resin stirring uniformly, dissolving until phenolic resin completely to obtain hybrid sol liquid system, adding 0.25 mol/l hexamethylenetetramine and measuring silica sol solution in hybrid sol solution by molar concentration of the monomer TEOS and determining molar concentration of TEOS to be 0.25 mol/l, transferring above hybrid sol solution to a reactor, sealing and subjecting to Sol-Gel reaction at 140 degrees C for 6 hours to form stable two-system gel network structure, aging at 80 degrees C for 80 hours, reacting, taking hybrid wet gel from mold and allowing to naturally stand for 24 hours, drying at 45 degrees C at atmospheric pressure for 24 hours to obtain phenolic resin/silicon dioxide double system gel network structure hybrid aerogel; (ii) ball milling negative ion powder, modified carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, vitrified microbead chitosan and surfactant ball to 0.08-0.1 mm and mixing materials uniformly; (iii) mixing step (i) and step (ii), obtained material with plant extract, adding bacteriostatic agent, coupling agent, leveling agent, adjusting pH 10-12, sonicating for 20-30 minutes with a power of 3000-6000w and forming colloidal shape; and (iv) air drying colloidal coating obtained in step (iii) into powder, and mixing with nano titanium dioxide.
