NOVELTY - The collector has a base film (2) whose one side is provided with a current collector metal layer (1). Other side of the base film is provided with a piezoresistive stress sensing function layer. The piezoresistive stress sensing function structure layer comprises an upper electrode layer (3), a conductive polymer layer (4), a lower electrode layer (5) and an insulating layer (6). The upper electrode layer is provided in contact with the base film. The upper electrode layer and the lower electrode layer are respectively connected with a controller (7) through a lead. A material of the base film comprises polyimide, polyether-ether-ketone or polyethylene glycol terephthalate. The material of the current collector metal layer comprises copper, aluminium or silver. USE - Flexible stress sensing function current collector for lithium battery ADVANTAGE - The flexible stress sensing function current collector includes excellent high elasticity, capable of forming the stable conductive network which is stretched and deformed, and includes simple operation, convenient for popularization and application. The stress of the conductive polymer layer is changed, so the mechanical signal into the electrical signal and high sensitivity and can timely monitor the change of the internal stress of a battery. The collector includes high integration degree, and is wound in the production process, and furthest ensures the light and thin of the device. The preparation method is simple, safe, and includes wide application, which is applied to cylindrical battery, square battery, and various soft-packaged lithium battery.
