NOVELTY - A cotton spunlace non-woven fabric comprises inner fiber web, antistatic fiber web, and water absorbent layer fiber net. Each layer is compounded by spunlace. USE - Cotton spunlace non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric accelerates penetration rate of inner layer water, improves moisture permeability of spunlace nonwoven fabric, and has good moisture permeability, antistatic property and flame retardant property, good practicability and industrial production value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the cotton spunlace non-woven fabric comprising mixing ethanol with deionized water, mechanically stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding cotton fiber, mechanically stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide, water bath heating to 30 degrees C, mechanically stirring for 20-30 minutes, taking out cotton fiber, and setting aside; mixing chloroacetic acid with ethanol, mechanically stirring for 5 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding treated cotton fiber, water bath heating to 85 degrees C, mechanically stirring for 10-15 minutes, ultrasonicating for 5-10 minutes, standing for 2-3 hours, taking out, washing for 3-4 times with mixed solution of acetic acid and absolute ethanol, washing with deionized water for 3-4 times, oven drying to 65 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain carboxymethylated cotton fiber, and combing to obtain water absorbent layer fiber web; combing cotton fiber to make fiber web, placing in deionized water, ice water bath reacting, adding aniline monomer, sulfosalicylic acid and graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes, adding ammonium persulfate and ascorbic acid, water bath heating to 35 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 40-60 minutes, standing for 6-8 hours, filtering, washing with deionized water for 3-4 times, and oven drying to 60 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain antistatic layer fiber net; and putting inner fiber net, antistatic fiber net and water absorbent layer fiber web in order from inside to outside, and subjecting to hydroentanglement treatment.
