NOVELTY - Producing graphene layer, comprises (a) producing a substrate, (b) preprocessing the substrate for generating hydrophilicity on one side of the substrate, (c) coating a graphene oxide layer on the substrate, and (d) reducing the graphene oxide layer to obtain reduced graphene oxide layer. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method shortens processing time, and improves quality and productivity, and is simple to process.
