▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Tensile modified ethylene-propylene rubber material comprises e.g. basalt fiber, graphene, modifier, polyethylene, ethylene-propylene rubber, coupling agent and cross-linking agent; where the modifier is mixture of methyl orthosilicate and methanesulfonic acid; the degree of polymerization of polyethylene is 120-180; the degree of polymerization of ethylene-propylene rubber is 1200-2000; the coupling agent is a vinyl silane coupling agent; and the crosslinking agent is isocyanate crosslinking agent. USE - The material is useful in sheath layer of cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: increase tensile property of cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Tensile modified ethylene-propylene rubber material comprises 15-30 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.001-0.003 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. modifier, 25-40 pts. wt. polyethylene, 35-50 pts. wt. ethylene-propylene rubber, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, where the modifier is mixture of methyl orthosilicate and methanesulfonic acid; the degree of polymerization of polyethylene is 120-180; the degree of polymerization of ethylene-propylene rubber is 1200-2000; the coupling agent is a vinyl silane coupling agent; and the crosslinking agent is isocyanate crosslinking agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing tensile modified ethylene-propylene rubber material comprising (i) modifying basalt fiber using modifier and drying, (ii) treating the modified basalt fiber with a coupling agent, (iii) mixing coupling treatment of basalt fiber, graphene, polyethylene, ethylene-propylene rubber and cross-linking agent and then extruding by extruder to obtain final product.
