NOVELTY - Aqueous single-component static conductive coating comprises aqueous single-component epoxy resin as a matrix, polymer-modified graphene aqueous dispersion and polymer-modified conductive graphite slurry as a conductive carrier, which is supplemented by additives and water. USE - The coating is useful for insulators. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high static conductivity, corrosion resistance, low volatile organic compound emission, high storage stability, excellent long-term sealing, excellent adhesion to metal and concrete, and has excellent interlayer adhesion with zinc sheath. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the static conductive coating comprising adding aqueous single-component epoxy resin, polymer-modified graphene aqueous dispersion, polymer-modified conductive graphite slurry, and antifoaming agent to the water while stirring, then adding dimethylethanolamine for adjusting the slurry pH value to 7-8.5, then adding film-forming auxiliary agent, substrate wetting agent and polyacrylate flatting agent, stirring uniformly, and then adding thickening agent for adjusting the system viscosity to 60-80 KU.
