▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Gas selective separation filter comprises a nanoporous graphene membrane having thickness of 0.34-2 nm and porosity more than 0.001%, and a porous carbon substrate (5) having porosity of 5-90% and includes porous support structure on which graphene membrane and porous carbon substrate (9) are mechanically supported. USE - Gas selective separation filter used for separating hydrogen or methane from carbon dioxide (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of gas selective separation filter which involves providing graphene membrane on sacrificial support layer (2), coating graphene membrane (3) with organic precursor (4) of porous substrate, subjecting organic precursor to pyrolysis transforming organic precursor into porous carbon substrate on graphene membrane, mounting combined porous carbon substrate and graphene membrane on macroporous support structure, and removing the sacrificial support layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view preparation of gas selective filter.
