▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-containing Ziegler-Natta catalyst comprises: (i) dissolving magnesium dichloride in alcohol in a weight ratio of 1:2.5-10 at 110-160 degrees C to obtain magnesium dichloride alcoholate; (ii) uniformly dispersing graphene in magnesium dichloride alcoholate in a weight ratio of 0.1-5:1; (iii) adding titanium tetrachloride into graphene-containing magnesium chloride adduct, where the molar ratio of titanium tetrachloride to alcohol is more than 1; and (iv) removing excess titanium tetrachloride, then washing the target product. USE - The graphene-containing Ziegler-Natta catalyst is useful in preparing polyolefin/graphene nano-composite material by in-situ polymerization (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst improves the mechanical performance and thermal stability of the polyolefin product.
