NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinyl chloride graphene material comprises using graphite powder and phenyl dimethyl ester plasticizer by ball milling to obtain phenyl dimethyl ester modified graphene, mixing and processing the obtained phenyl dimethyl ester modified graphene and polyvinyl chloride resin with auxiliary agent to obtain the master batch, uniformly plasticizing the obtained master batch, hot-pressing and molding to obtain the polyvinyl chloride-graphene material. USE - The material is useful for preparing an electromagnetic shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has low cost, no solvent pollution and simple process. The material ink has good compatibility and good antistatic properties like physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a polyvinyl chloride-graphene material prepared by the above preparation method.
