▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silver-reduced graphene oxide-polydimethylsiloxane flexible sensor with low cost and large area involves comprises (1) preparing graphene oxide solution and silver nanowires aqueous solution, mixing and stirring ascorbic acid and graphene oxide solution, adding to silver nanowires (AgNWs) aqueous solution to obtain a mixed solution, (2) transferring mixed solution in simple reflux device, reacting under set temperature and time, preparing centrifugal washings with deionized water and absolute ethanol to remove impurities to obtain silver-reduced graphene oxide slurry, (3) ultrasonically pulverizing silver-reduced graphene oxide slurry to obtain a silver-reduced graphene oxide composite solution dispersed in deionized water, and dropping silver-reduced graphene oxide composite solution onto a clean glass sheet, drying silver-reduced graphene oxide composite solution and coating layer of polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer, placing in an oven for curing, and peeling off glass. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver-reduced graphene oxide-polydimethylsiloxane flexible sensor with low cost and large area, which is used in flexible electronic technology field. Can also be used in in vitro diagnosis and energy collection. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has large size and large scale preparation; ensures the sensor has stable high sensitivity; and provides silver-reduced graphene oxide-polydimethylsiloxane flexible sensor with high biocompatibility and micro-structure with great compressibility, excellent sensitivity, easy to stretch, and high water resistance with important commercial value.
