▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene super-pixel display has a reflecting layer and a graphene super-pixel layer provided with multiple graphene super-pixels for displaying color. The graphene super-pixel is obtained by performing ablation or reduction on a graphene oxide film by a laser. The different colors are realized by controlling thickness and reduction degree of the graphene super-pixel. The graphene oxide film is alternately laminated with a dielectric layer and a graphene oxide layer. The reflecting layer is made of silver, aluminum, gold, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide, tantalum pentoxide, magnesium fluoride, lanthanum trifluoride, aluminum fluoride or silicon nitride. The dielectric layer is made of polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride and/or polyetherimide. USE - Graphene super-pixel display for a graphene super-pixel color display system (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The display has simple scattering light source by using frosted glass, dynamically and instantly switching the displayed color, without additional resource or device, which makes it especially useful in security and anti-fake application, and is expected to safety used in the label, ultra-thin photoelectric detector and solar battery, optical filter and visual art and space decoration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method for a graphene super-pixel display; and (2) a graphene super-pixel color display system comprises a white light source, a light source scattering adjusting device and a graphene super-pixel display.
