NOVELTY - The method involves constructing a graphene reflecting unit. The graphene reflecting unit is formed with an upper layer. A middle layer is formed with a quartz medium plate and a bottom layer metal floor. A graphene sheet is placed on an upper surface of the quartz medium plate. Ultra-phase distribution at position of a surface is determined. Abscissa position coordinate of a graphene reflection unit is obtained. Graphene units of an ultra-surface are constructed. The graphene units are combined to form a graphene ultra-surface. Graphene sheet rotation angle of each graphene unit is obtained. USE - Method for constructing graphene ultra-surface by using a computing device for three-dimensional direction spin angular momentum deflection.
