NOVELTY - The method involves performing graphene material pore activation process. Graphite material is modified. The graphene material is added to a sample mixture that is oscillated and centrifuged. A target component is detected in supernatant. The graphene material is entered into a reactor and heated at 300 to 500 degrees Celsius in gas protection atmosphere. Water vapor is entered into a reaction device for 3 hours. The graphene material is washed and dried, where a mass ratio of the graphite material is 1 to 20: 200. USE - Graphene material dispersion based rapid solid phase extraction method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying solid phase extraction complex operation, and ensures simple operation and better separating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The modified graphene is selected from amino graphene, carboxyl, cyano group, ink nitrate, boric acid, phosphoric acid, hydroxylated graphite, fossil ink, methylation graphite, rare propyl and pneumatic methyl materials.
