NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots involves dissolving trinitrotriaminobenzene in concentrated sulfuric acid at 150-300 degrees C, adjusting pH of the solution to 6-7 after completing the reaction, and obtaining light yellow water-soluble nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and effective preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots by adjusting morphology and molecular weight.
