NOVELTY - The needle has a prefabricated lead (10) whose outer side is provided with a hollow flexible rotating shaft (11). A near end part of the flexible rotating shaft is connected with a rotary driving mechanism. An upper part of the flexible rotating shaft is fixedly equipped with a fixing sleeve that is provided with a fixed base (3). The fixing base is inserted with multiple radial flexible rods (5). An inner part of a needle head body is formed with a cavity. The cavity is provided with an absorbing pipe and a medicine spraying pipe. An outer surface of the needle head body is provided with a first grinding block with adsorption function and a second grinding block with administration function. A rotating needle body (6) is formed with a graphene oxide material layer. USE - Graphene oxide thrombus removing shield needle. ADVANTAGE - The needle is convenient to operate, and controls rotation of the needle head body, and selects the rotating needle body to rotate by an operator, so as to realize small range of atherectomy, and improves atherectomy precision, and directly observes vascular inner conditions through a display, and avoids influence of absorption and thrombolytic drug expelled application process by grinding process, and performs small thrombus during grinding.
