▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing biological sensor based on oxidation graphene and fluorescence carbon point functional DNA comprises (i) dispersing and preparing a uniform solution of graphene, (ii) preparing a dsDNA-AuNPs fluorescent probe by using Recognition DNA, hairpin DNA and AuNPs, (iii) preparing fluorescent carbon point (CDs) by hydrothermal method, and dehydrating and condensing the carbon point of the surface modification carboxy and the end modification amino of the amino group to form a DNA-CDs compound, (iv) adding the solution to the GO solution for fluorescence quenching reaction, and (v) adding ds DNA-AUNPs and miRNA let-7a, performing two chain replacement reaction and detecting fluorescence recovery value. USE - Method used for preparing biological sensor based on oxidation graphene and fluorescence carbon point functional DNA, in early cancer diagnosis and clinical analysis.
